Job Summary
Job Description
- ? Working with other members of the accounting department to compile, analyze, and report accounting data
- ? Preparing weekly, monthly, and yearly financial reports
- ? Using bookkeeping software, SAP, and entering information into company files or databases, ensuring that all financial records are complete and accurate
- ? Ensuring that company bills are paid
- ? Implementing and enforcing financial and inventory controls
- ? Staying current on company, local, state, and federal financial regulations, and policies
- ? Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- ? Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; or Equivalent Experience Preferred
- ? Excellent communication skills
- ? Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint required
- ? Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
