About Our Client

Job Summary

To create, update and apply all HR policies and company guidelines and making sure they adhere to standards to achieve the organization goals effectively

Job Description

• - Job posting, screening, and interview and select applicant
• - Conduct exit interviews & provide outplacement support.
• - Manages staffing agencies and invoices
• - Identify, benchmark, and implement benefits program
• - Administer compensation, benefits, including weekly payroll closing
• - Manage and Maintain payroll & benefit data, report, information
• - New employee orientation (Filing & Onboarding)
• - Design, develop, deliver, and evaluate online & eLearning programs
• - Manage company regular trainings (such as sexual harassment training)
• - HRIS maintenance and update employee roster
• - Employees’ Visa and work authorization management
• - Serve as a link between departments and employees by handling questions, interpreting, and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
• - HR documentation
• - Manage office supply & layout
• - Administer, handle vendors, agencies (Recruiting, payroll, benefit, HRIS, lawyer)

Qualifications

• - BA required
• - 3+ related field required
• - Law & government
• - HR, Admin, Management
• - Resolving Conflicts and Negotiating with Others
• - Communication skills (expression & comprehension)
• - Bi-lingual (English-Korean)
• - Computer & program
• - Problem Sensitivity
• - HR certificate preferred
• - Driver license required
