Job Summary

The company is looking for a HR Associate at Corporate plant in Adairsville, GA. Listed below is a detailed description of the roles and responsibilities for this position.

Job Description

• - Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, and other activities.
• - Process and maintain companywide utility bills (SAP Park documents)
• - Maintain travel accommodations for upper management employees
• - Coordinate company events
• - Create internal forms and write procedures
• - Create open position for internal recruiting site and LinkedIn Recruiter processes for each case
• - Collaborate with manager and staff to identify potential candidate sources
• - Fill out purchase requisitions
• - Maintain records, reports, or files
• - Write business correspondence
• - Prepare and process monthly end closing
• - Company cell phone/i-Pad support
• - Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• - Experience as HR Professional
• - Fluent in English and Korean (Spanish is a plus)
• - Organizational Skills
• - Responsible
• - Detail Orientated
• - Service Orientated
• - Great Social and Communication Skills
• - Great Oral and Written Communication Skills
• - Basic Accounting Skills
• - Clerical/Administrative
