Job Summary
Experienced Finance professional with a trajectory in consumer goods and an advanced degree in Accounting or related areas, with combination of experience in multi-channel sales environment, involving manufacturing of numerous SKUs, sophisticated financial reporting and partnering with key supply chain and operational areas of the business.
Job Description
- Manage accounts payable and inventory processes on a daily basis
- Prepare and review monthly closing workpaper reconciliations and postings
- Coordinate with OPS teams to define policies and streamline processes
- Lead annual physical inventory and external auditors' liaison and coordination
- FCST AP spend and material purchases. Perform short term (6-month) cash forecasts based on AP/estimated spend and forecasted sales, etc.
- Lead inventory obsolescence reporting and reserves analysis per policies
- Lead supply chain and Operations ERP's implementation and upgrades/projects
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field is required
- 3+ Years of experience as an accountant (Cost Accounting experience is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Experience with computerized accounting software (SAP, Netsuite, Batchmaster is a plus)
- Excellent interpersonal skills in order to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Strong Written and oral communication skills
- High attention to detail and possess organizational skills
- Fluent in English and Korean is a plus
- Passionate, honest, and consistent
