Job Summary
Business development in the fields of smart home IoT and security applications as a business development manager
Job Description
- 1) Main role
- - Develop new business opportunities and customers in the fields of smart home IoT and security
- - Responsible for managing customer accounts
- - Identify customers’ needs and pain points and solve those issues as a support window in the U.S.; communicate customers’ needs to Korean HQ
- - Real-time sensing and intelligence of industry/market trends; report to Korean HQ on a regular basis
- - For all other business related issues, communicate/work with and provide feedback to Korean counterparts on a regular basis
Qualifications
- English (preferred if Korean is available)
- Bachelor’s degree and higher
- Experience as a business development manager with minimum 5 years of experience in the smart home IoT and security industries (companies such as AT&T, ADT, etc.)
- - Extensive experience in Wi-Fi, IoT, and smart home fields, with knowledge in related-technologies
- - Willing to co-work with Korean counterparts
- - Strong team player and willing to take on new responsibilities
- - Initiative, independent and self-motivated
