Job Description

  • - Work with various departments and report to the Head of Business Development.
  • - Providing analysis for evaluating new business opportunities such as in/out licensing, collaborative research and development agreements, joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions.
  • - Managing a variety of projects and developing new business opportunities in target markets for the company’s competitive businesses
  • - Generating business opportunity leads through networking at trade shows and conferences
  • - Following up with new business opportunity leads and referrals generated from the sales team
  • - Developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and strengthening company’s competitive growth
  • - Keeping up with the latest industry developments and market positioning of corporate competitors
  • - Preparing status reports on goals

Qualifications

  • - Bachelor or Graduate Degree in biotechnology, AI, pharmaceutical, medical diagnostics, and digital healthcare or equivalent fields.
  • - 5+ years' BD experience in Life Sciences Markets, such as Bioprocessing or Biotechnology.
  • - Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales manager or a relevant role a with track record
  • - Technical understanding of biotechnological process
  • - Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
  • - Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • - Customer and relationship focus
  • - Must be available for an on-site Interview in Somerset, NJ
  • - Must be available for possible business trip (less than 10 %)
