Job Summary

The Marketing Manager will work with the Consumer Marketing team in all aspects of integrated marketing communications. This position is responsible for executing successful 360 marketing campaigns for all brands and make sure that team members are staying accountable and reaching their monthly KPIs. This role will oversee all social media platforms for all brands and work closely with external agencies to develop engaging brand content, make sure brands are staying relevant to beauty trade outlets, and supervise any influencer/celebrity campaigns.

Job Description

  • - Act as marketing support to the Marketing Director and Senior Marketing Manager and will own execution of assigned brand activation plans
  • - Aid in executing influencer strategy in collaboration with external agencies to increase brand awareness
  • - Align key owned social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and clearly manage how they contribute to the overall brands communication strategy
  • - Actively manage continued outreach and brand integration with influencers; support in creation of influencer campaigns for new product launches
  • - Support the implementation of social media and communication campaigns and strategies
  • - Assist external agency and internal creative team with planning campaigns, seasonal and evergreen social strategies
  • - Lead conversations with external agencies and internal meetings
  • - Provide insights to marketing team and e-commerce team about industry, competitors, and relevant topics and trends
  • - Monitor, track and report on budgets, and any insights and analytics on campaigns
  • - Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • - Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • - Understand and gather data for bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly KPI reporting (revenue, orders, sessions, ROI, CAC, CVR)
  • - Support on business strategies to drive revenue, acquisition and strong ROAS assuring the businesses are set up to hit targets
  • - Manage and oversee digital agencies and work with them on content marketing to increase digital presence and build brand awareness and engagement
  • - Manage day-to-day agency relationships and keep them accountable for strategic objectives and KPIs

Qualifications

  • - Candidate must be detail-oriented, collaborative, have a positive attitude, strong computer skills, a self-starter, be well organized and possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • - Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in communications, marketing or business
  • - 6-8 years of relevant experience required
  • - Self-starter and ability to adapt quickly to changes in priorities and multi-task in multiple projects
  • - Ability to manage time effectively and balance priorities in a very fast-paced environment
  • - Strong communication and collaborative skills
  • - Proficiency in social-media management platforms
  • - Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office
