Job Summary

The eCommerce Planning Manager is responsible for overseeing the expansion and management of the Sales Platform, managing member acquisition, creating buyer campaigns, analyzing them, and handling ongoing retention planning. Additionally, they are responsible for the overall operations of platform expansion, exploring new business areas, and identifying and developing revenue layers.marketing, and customer support to develop a marketable solution. The Ecommerce Planning Manager’s job is to ensure that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

Job Description

  • <Sale Operation Strategy and Management>
  • - Establishing Sales Overall Operation Strategy and Planning
  • 1. Main Components: GMV, Subsidy, Multipliers, Category Distribution, and AD Rev.
  • 2. Set up Strategy, and Operation Planning in Categories
  • - Strategy and Operation Management of SKUs, and Sellers
  • 1. Main Components: Category Distribution, Empty Shelve Management, Sellers in Categories
  • - Sellers’ Cohort Management
  • 1. Main Components: # of Registration Sellers, # of Listing Sellers, # of Active Sellers, and # of Suspended Sellers
  • 2. Reporting and Management of Main Components’ Figures
  • 3. Set up Programs, Operation and Management in each component
  • <Company Campaign & Digital Channels’ Management>
  • - Establishing Annual Campaign Strategy and Planning for On-Site Marketing
  • - Planning for The 11. 11 Campaign & Strategy
  • - Managing to Traffics (SEM, SEO) and Budgets
  • - Structuring the customers’ data for marketing
  • - Planning and Executing the Segmentation Coupon Marketing, and email/SMS operation
  • - Simulating Main Components to be Efficient in Operation
  • 1. GMV Expectation / Subsidy Usage / Multipliers’ Target / Sellers’ Contribution
  • - Operation Preparation in Sales with Categories
  • 1. Sellers’ Communication in Categories / SKUs Preparation in Categories
  • <Seller Acquisition, Marketing, and Management>
  • - Set up and Management of Process to be Sellers from Registration to Active Sellers, and Suspend & Closing Process
  • - Sellers’ Documents Management with 3rd Party Company
