Job Summary

We are seeking a proficient Accountant to join our team. The accountant will be responsible for managing and reporting of financial data of our organization. The duties will include preparing financial statements, examine and analyze company’s accounts, administer and audit, prepare tax returns, provide financial advice to top management, analyze trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses, ensure compliance with financial reporting and other standard accounting procedures.

Job Description

• - Perform account analysis and reconciliation, including bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• - Prepare financial statements and reports for management review. Manage and maintain fixed asset records, including depreciation schedules and asset retirement processes.
• - Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and resolving customer inquiries.
• - Assist with financial management tasks, such as budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.
• - Conduct general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records, ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and company accounting policies and procedures.
• - Assist in the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• - Prepare and file various tax returns, including Sales Tax, Business Property Statement 571_L Forms
• - Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate recording of transactions. Manage intercompany balances/transactions and communicate with the corresponding affiliates for the quarterly intercompany matching process.
• - Maintain the general ledger accounting system and ensure data integrity.
• - Conduct cash flow analysis to monitor liquidity and make recommendations for improvement.
• - Coordinate with external auditors for the preparation of annual audit

Qualifications

• - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• - Proven experience in accounting or finance roles. Minimum 3 years of experience preferred.
• - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• - Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications (Excel, Word).
• - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• - Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• - CPA certification is a plus.
• - Korean language is a plus.
