Job Description

• 1. Maintenance of company servers, networks and other hardware equipment: video conferencing equipment, IP phones, etc.
• 2. Solve various IT-related device failures, such as laptops, desktops, phone systems and printers
• 3. Maintenance of various security equipment and systems, such as CCTV and access control systems
• 4. Responsible for in-house IT application system construction and maintenance, internal network, video conferencing, telephone system management
• 5. Management and maintenance of IT fixed assets, IT software and hardware updates, equipment procurement and inventory management
• 6. Manage and maintain the company's network data information and backup related work.
• 7. Responsible for internal information security management, establish and improve security management system according to policy requirements;
• 8. Organize IT and security training for employees;
• 9. Cooperate with IT project implementation;
• 10. Handle and support other IT related work.

Qualifications

• 1. Major in electronics, communications, computer and other related fields, bachelor's degree, more than 3 years working experience, including 2 years working experience in security field.
• 2. Fully aware of information security and able to revise security-related provisions in line with changes; (
• 3. Familiar with the maintenance of office electronic equipment (printers, computers, access control systems, monitoring, IP phones, etc.) and can carry out simple maintenance.
• 4. Familiar with office network structure, with network fault diagnosis and processing ability;
• 5. Familiar with IT room equipment, have the ability to build and maintain servers, understand firewall, NAC and other security equipment;
• 6. Strong sense of responsibility, conscientious and responsible, willing to learn, practical and serious attitude;
• 7. Strong team awareness, good communication and coordination and logical thinking skills;
• 8. Strong sense of confidentiality;
• 9. Proficient in Korean, working language (Korean speaking and writing skills are required)
