Job Description
- Manage the forecast Drive cross-functional collaboration to influence the eCommerce demand on the supply chain and prioritize demand for order fulfillment based on business objectives and customer segmentation.
- Measure key performance indicators to track and evaluate forecasts made, to assist in assessing the effectiveness of the demand planning & forecasting function.
- Create the company’s supply chain strategy
- Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues
- Evaluate and report on KPIs
- Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or a related field
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- 5 -10 years of SCM experience is required
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- A strategic and analytical mind
- Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes
- Bilingual in Korean and English is preferred
