Job Summary
Responsible for developing and designing automation equipment with proper vendors and managing the related projects under the manager's direction.
Job Description
- - Preparation of automation equipment specification. (User Requirements Specifications)
- - Create FAT, SAT protocol & commission accordingly.
- - Design, development, and support of the new equipment
- - Create a consumable part list by equipment and design a periodic maintenance schedule.
- - Analyze troubles and malfunctions of equipment regarding its design and operating programs.
- - Create a plan to improve the issues and problems regarding equipment design failure, including operating programs.
- - Set and attend the meeting with vendors (Equipment Manufacturers) regarding the matters.
- - Communication with related teams and people internally.
- - Find vendors to cooperate on new equipment design and integration, and build-up.
- - Find vendors for consumption parts.
- - Prepare the equipment specification in consultation with the related teams and people.
- - Prepare the FAT and SAT documents for the equipment inspection.
Qualifications
- - Bachelor of Autonomous system or Smart Factory preferred (engineering degree)
- - At least 3 years of related experience
- - 2D Cad, 3D Cad Design
- - Production Management (ERP, TPM, MES, etc)
- - Equipment designing or project managing experience preferred but not necessary
- - MS365
- - PDF s/w
- - bilingual in English and Korean (intermediate level)
