  • 1. Development Stage Quality
  • -Leading new product development reviews and quality audits.
  • -Managing customer inspection agreements and initial product approvals.
  • -Documenting development stage quality improvement history and conducting validity verification.
  • -Leading proactive activities for claim prevention.
  • -Managing and improving quality response during initial production stages and conducting follow-up.
  • 2. Quality Assurance
  • ① Quality Assurance Work
  • - Handling and managing customer complaints.
  • - Deciding the timing of quality issue improvements.
  • - Writing and revising inspection standards.
  • - Writing and revising work standards.
  • - Managing operational aspects outside of quality and maintaining production product records.
  • - Managing and analyzing return statuses.
  • - Working on production quality improvements.
  • ② Handling Customer 4M Change Reports and Product/Process Audits
  • ③ Claim Handling
  • - Handling customer claims, sending and processing claims with partner companies.
  • - Leading activities for analyzing and improving high-quality claims.
  • - Discussing cost sharing.
  • 3. Quality Management
  • ① Internal Inspections and Partner Company Incoming Inspections
  • - Conducting incoming inspections for raw materials and regular inspections.
  • - Conducting in-house process inspections and final inspections.
  • ② In-House Quality Management
  • - Leading in-house quality issue improvement feedback.
  • - Managing in-house approvals for 4M changes.
  • ③ In-House/Partner Company Non-Conforming Product Handling

Qualifications

  • - Related Bachelor degree
  • - Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • - In-depth knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • - Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookup, and logic formulas)
  • - Familiarity with ERP systems
  • - Extremely detail-oriented, organized, highly motivated, proactive, and willing to learn
  • - Be able to work independently and in a team environment
  • - Strong problem solving and analytical skills
