Job Summary
We are looking for an Inbound Specialist to support our company's logistics operations. You will perform various logistics activities.
Job Description
- ? Work with 3rd party Freight Forwarding partners to arrange the transportation of imported goods to the US
- ? Continually update transit times in the ERP system to ensure accuracy in material lead times
- ? Update team with container or truckload delivery status
- ? Create dashboards to track performance and drive improvement
- ? Ensure timely pick-up of cargo
- ? Ensure updates or shipment details and update the system to meet deadlines in a timely manner
- ? Miscellaneous departmental duties such as reconciling billing, documentation, and closing out shipments as needed
Qualifications
- ? Business Administration, Business related Bachelor degree
- ? Excellent analytical and communication skills
- ? Strong organizational skills, a good understanding of sourcing, and the ability to maintain vendor relationships
- ? Direct experience with spreadsheet computer applications
- ? Bilingual (Kor/Eng) preferred
