Job Description
- ? master E-chuck ceramic sintering production equipment list and suppliers, establish E-chuck ceramic sintering production line;
- ? master design drawings, ceramic production program and formula, understand the key points of ceramic plate sintering technology;
- ? Responsible for maintaining, developing and optimizing processes/procedures to improve yield;
- ? Monitor production technical data and solve technical problems in the production process;
- ? Develop the ceramic plate of electrostatic suction cup of TEL, AMEC and other companies;
- ? Lead the team to develop the technology of electrostatic chuck products for processes of 10nm and below
Qualifications
- ? more than 5 years experience in 8, 12 inch E-chuck ceramic sintering;
- ? Master the basic mechanism of ceramic sintering, especially the knowledge of electrostatic sucker sintering;
- ? Bachelor degree or above, major in material science or other related, with rich working experience but no bachelor's degree can apply for pre-examination;
- ? Familiar with SiN, Al2O3 or AlN ceramic plate production knowledge and technology (at least 1 kind);
- ? Get key technical points for Etch/PVD/CVD/Implant devices E-chuck, such as LAM KIYO, LAM FLEX 45, LAM KIYO CX/EX, AMAT Producer, AMAT Endura, TEL Vigus, etc.
- ? Japan: Shinko, NGK-NTK, TOTO, Kyocera; Korea: KST, LK, JESCO, BOBOO, YERICO, POWELL, MICO (KOMICO) working experience is preferred;
- ? ability to communicate in English is preferred;
