Job Description
- ? Responsible for the establishment of E-chuck ceramic sintering production line;
- ? Lead the team to develop the ceramic plate of electrostatic suction cup, determine its drawings, program and formula, and set the best process parameters to make the ceramic plate suitable for use in Etch/PVD/CVD/Implant. Such as LAM KIYO, LAM FLEX 45, LAM KIYO CX/EX,AMAT Producer, AMAT Endura, TEL Vigus and other models
- ? Responsible for maintaining, developing and optimizing the process/operation specifications to improve the yield;
- ? Responsible for monitoring production technical data, and solve technical problems in the production process;
- ? Develop the ceramic plate of electrostatic suction cup of TEL, AMEC and other companies;
- ? Lead the team to develop the technology of electrostatic chuck products for processes of 10nm and below.
Qualifications
- ? more than 15 years experience in 12 "E-chuck ceramic sintering;
- ? Have a clear understanding of E-chuck ceramic plate sintering formula, drawings, sintering parameters and related products related technology "know-how";
- ? Bachelor degree or above, major in material science or other related, have good working experience but no bachelor's degree can apply for pre-examination;
- ? Familiar with SiN, Al2O3, AlN ceramic plate production knowledge and technology;
- ? experience in sintering technology of various materials is preferred;
- ? Learn about the structure of E-chuck ceramic plates and the design and impact of heating zones;
- ? Japan: Shinko, NGK-NTK, TOTO, Kyocera; Korea: KST, LK, JESCO, BOBOO, YERICO, POWELL, MICO (KOMICO) and other working experience is preferred;
- ? ability to communicate in English is preferred;
