About Our Client

Job Summary
- As a Outbound Order Processing Associate, you will operate processes of retail and
- production orders as well as supporting office administration, working closely with
- SCM team in New York. This position will report to Sr. Director of Logistics and work with
- other business stakeholders.
Job Description
- Daily Operations (70%):
- - Check customers’ purchasing order status from the SCM team in NY
- - Order fulfillment on NetSuite
- - Print out packing slips, labels and release them to Outbound Associate
- - Receive BOLs from Outbound Associate after outbound shipment
- - Send ASN/invoices to customers by NetSuite, SPS, email
- - Scan all daily BOLs and send them to the SCM team in NY
- - Send daily report; retail-out report/BOL to the SCM and Logistics team
- - Inventory transfer on NetSuite after outbound shipment and send BOLs to the SCM team in NY
- - Create production orders for retail bundles and release them to the distribution center
- - Input assemble bundles details on NetSuite after finished production by communicating with
- distribution center associate
- Office Administration (30%):
- - Greet visitors while adhering to security requirements
- - Order, verify and distribute orders of delivery and quantity; office supplies, refreshments, and/or
- lunches
- - Review and confirm vendor invoices with accounting team when received
- - Invoice processing for miscellaneous expenditures
- - Handle issues related to office environment by contacting related personnel or team
Qualifications
- ? A Bachelor’s degree in Business, SCM, or a related field
- ? A minimum of 2 years in logistics is preferred
- ? Strong working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suites
- ? Strong attention to details and communication skills
- ? Active and positive mindset
