Job Summary
- Outbound Transportation Specialist to support company's
- logistics operations. You will perform various logistics activities.
Job Description
- Work with 3rd party Freight Forwarding partners to arrange the
- transportation of imported goods to the US
- ?Ensure timely pick up of cargo based on performance metrics of updates
- or shipment details and maintain the system hygiene
- ?Create dashboards to track performance and drive improvement
- ?Continually update transit times in the ERP system to ensure accuracy in
- material lead times.
- ?Update team with container or truckload delivery status and analyze
- expenses for improving cost-efficiency
- ?Miscellaneous departmental duties such as reconciling billing,
- documentation, and closing out shipments as needed
Qualifications
- Business Administration, Business related Bachelor degree
- ?Excellent analytical and communication skills
- ?Strong organizational skills, a good understanding of sourcing, and the ability to maintain vendor
- relationships
- ?Direct experience with spreadsheet computer applications
- ?Bilingual (Kor/Eng) preferred
