About Our Client
Job Summary
Job Description
- - Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger. expense reimbursement as well).
- - Issue invoices to customer, record sales and contact customers for outstanding balances Data entry for sales tax and handle sales tax payments
- - Prepare monthly cash reports
- - Prepare inventory report by reviewing inventory ledger prepared by the logistic personnel
- - Conduct month-end and year-end closures Prepare documents for audits
- - Maintain and update accounting records and files Report to the Assistant Accounting Manager
- - Other duties upon requests by the supervisors
Qualifications
- - Degree in Accounting;
- - 1 ~ 2 years of accounting experience
- - Excellent use of Microsoft Office Word and Excel; very good with spreadsheets Knowledge of the U.S GAAP
- - Good maths skills Attention to detail
- - Strong organizational and communication skills Confidentiality and integrity
