About Our Client

Job Summary

Job Description

• - Post transactions and categorize records assigned by the accounting manager in the general ledger.
• - Issue invoices to customer, record sales, and contact customers for outstanding balances
• - Prepare monthly cash reports
• - Conduct month-end and year-end closures
• - Reconcile sub-ledger to general ledger account balances
• - Review monthly closing procedures and prepare an inventory report
• - Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements
• - Prepare weekly and monthly P&L projection reports to Korea Headquarters
• - Monitor A/R, A/P aging and follow up
• - Prepare weekly AP payment list
• - Assess internal controls, including risk assessments and reviews of risk areas
• - Perform monthly balance sheet, income statement, and changes in financial position/budget variance analysis
• - Assist in the design and preparation of budgets for review by management
• - Maintain updated accounting records and files and reconcile fixed assets schedules
• - Prepare documents for audits
• - Directly report to the Accounting Manager or CFO
• - Perform other duties upon requests by supervisor

Qualifications

• - Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• - 5 ~ 7 years of accounting experience
• - Excellent use of Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Excel; very good with spreadsheets
• - Knowledge of the U.S GAAP
• - Knowledge of US Federal, State, and local tax laws
• - Analytical skills and detail oriented
• - Strong organizational and communication skills
• - Confidentiality and integrity
• - CPA license is a plus
