Job Summary

To improve efficiency in inputting product information into internal database and expand product database through system management

Job Description

• The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
• Recommend and input information according to the information requested by the client
• Accurately categorize and designate purchasing coordinator according to each product
• Organize bids/quotes based on the supplier pool
• Create product/purchase information by checking bid information from partner suppliers
• Ensure that there are no repetitive items in the database system
• Validate manufacturer information for the authenticity of product information
• Organize unused database items and reduce any production time loss by getting rid of unnecessary product items
• Periodic in-out review and request changes for product classification

Qualifications

• The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
• Knowledge of products being handled
• Ability to gather information in a variety of ways
• Ability to perform/analyze various tasks
• Revision and analysis skills
• Proficiency in computer skills
• The following skills and qualifications are preferred for this position:
• Bachelor's degree, no specific major requirement
