  • In addition to the strong LNG value chain, the company invests mainly in four growth sectors: Renewables, Energy Solution, Hydrogen and Clean LNG with carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS) technology.

Job Summary

Job Description

  • - Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation
  • - Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately
  • - Acting as the first point of contact for all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests
  • - Serve as point of contact with payroll/benefit/401k/other HR related vendors, agencies, and administrators
  • - Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR/Admin functions and duties
  • - Communicate with public services when necessary
  • - Manage and assist with the recruitment process by communicating with recruiters, identifying/ interviewing/ reviewing & reporting candidates, negotiating employment conditions, and issuing employment contracts
  • - Perform initial orientations and update records of new staff
  • - Manage and assist with organization and individual performance evaluation process
  • - Manage and assist with payroll functions including payroll processing, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors, and distributions
  • - Manage and assist benefit policy & process and maintain benefit records accurately
  • - Manage and assist learning & development policy & process and maintain L&D records accurately
  • - Review and update HR policies and ensuring legal compliance
  • - Manage and assist with planning and executions of special events such as organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and etc.
  • - Manage termination process and complete termination documentation work and exit interviews
  • - Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
  • - Manage and assist administrative and IT duties and tasks if needed
  • - Perform other duties as assigned
