Job Description

  • - Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • - Partner with the management team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent
  • - Suggest & Develop changes in policies and procedures based on employee and company needs
  • - Review and update HR policies and ensuring legal compliance
  • - Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • - Support organizational structure management/design and assist governance system management (such as BOD)
  • - Manage(& improve) recruitment/selection/termination process (in accordance with HR methodologies and labor laws)
  • - Manage(& improve) a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • - Manage(& improve) compensation and benefits policies & programs
  • - Research, analyze, and report trends in compensation and benefits
  • - Propose and create competitive base and incentive pay structures/programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent
  • - Manage and assist with payroll functions including payroll processing, answering employee questions, and etc.
  • - Manage and assist benefit policy & process and maintain benefit records accurately
  • - Serve as point of contact with payroll/benefit/401k/other HR related vendors, agencies, and administrators
  • - Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
  • - Nurture a positive working environment
  • - Manage and assist learning & development policy & process and maintain L&D records accurately
  • - Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • - Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • - Research, review, and implement best practices to maintain compliance
  • - Ensure employees follow all policies and procedures
  • - Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
  • - Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation
  • - Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately
  • - Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in HR, talent management, and employment law
  • - Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
  • - Manage and assist with planning and executions of special events such as organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and etc.
  • - Acting as the first point of contact for all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests
  • - Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR/Admin functions and duties
  • - Communicate with public services when necessary
  • - Assist organizational planning, administrative, IT duties and tasks if needed
  • - Assist management support including the company and its subsidiaries
  • - Other related tasks and duties may be assigned
