Job Summary
Searching for a versatile staff accountant to support the accounting department. This position will be responsible for maintaining the fiscal health of the organization by assisting with daily accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of general accounting principles as well as a desire to continue learning. The ideal candidate will have prior SAP experience, strong attention to detail, and be able to function and execute their responsibilities in a fast-paced environment for a rapidly growing company.
Job Description
- -Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts, including journal entries and analysis
- -Perform account reconciliations (bank, credit, etc.) according to preset schedules
- -Prepare balance sheets and income statements on a weekly and monthly basis
- -Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information
- -Support budget and forecasting activities
- -Posting monthly, quarterly, and yearly accruals
- -Assist with accounts payable with invoice processing and payment transactions.
Qualifications
- -Bachelor's Degree in accounting/finance or related field
- -Must have 1-3 years prior accounting experience, public accounting experience is a plus
- -Must have knowledge of GAAP and full cycle accounting
- -Proficient in Microsoft Excel, knowledge of SAP
- -Team player and willingness to assist other members of the company as needed
- -Detail oriented with a strict adherence to deadlines
- -Ability to speak Korean is a plus
