Job Description
- Store / Popup Store Opening Preparation
- Remote Order Management
- Independent Sales Communication / Commission Calculation / Processing
- Initiate and coordinate new Store opening process by scheduling vendors and inspections.
- Communicate with Store staffs to improve its performance
- Planning and Executing store activities such as promotion, event working with store staffs to increase foot traffic
- Calculate and process monthly commission statements and Incentives for stores as well as B2B Sales Executives to process payroll efficiently.
- Store Performance Analysis to attain profitability
- Store supplies fulfillment management
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in retail or electronics industry.
- Excellence in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Prefer to familiar with operating CRM, Word-Press or any IT/Cloud Platform
- Driver License
- Available on business trip
- Bilingual Korean is a plus but not mandatory.
- English must be native or fluent.
