Job Summary

Looking to hire an HR Administrator with outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. This position requires fantastic organizational and time management skills as well as excellent administrative and IT skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. To ensure success, ideal candidates will display strong problem solving and decision-making skills with a deep understanding of employee relationships, staffing management and payroll. Top candidates will be fantastic at managing conflict, effective at scheduling.

Job Description

  • - Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
  • - Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
  • - Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
  • - Assist with HR events.
  • - Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing
  • employment contracts.
  • - Maintain calendars and schedules as needed.
  • - Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
  • - Assist with performance management procedures.
  • - Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • - Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • - Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • - Assist with payroll and HR projects.
  • - Support other assigned functions.
  • - Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

Qualifications

  • - Bachelor degree in human resources or related field (essential).
  • - At least 3+ year of experience in HR (essential).
  • - Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
  • - Experience with open enrollment a plus.
  • - Effective HR administration and people management skills.
  • - General understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • - Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • - Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
  • - Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
  • - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • - Meticulous attention to detail.
  • - Korean Speaker required.
