Job Summary

Job Description

• - Research, analyze, and develop innovative and effective marketing plans customized for our clients’ different specialty areas as well as different geographical locations; identify and cultivate most effective marketing channels;
• - Define, target, and implement localized marketing plans for international markets and adjust the marketing plans as needed from forecast to lifecycle management;
• - Track the results of the implemented marketing plans; and analyze the effectiveness of the implemented marketing plans based on cost-per-lead, conversion rates, or other key metrics;
• - Prepare and present a report of findings to our management;
• - Collaborate with our company’s recruitment specialists and the management (director and associate director) in developing and implementing the marketing plans to achieve the company’s marketing goals;
• - Monitor and analyze marketing and business upcoming trends in executive search/HR recruiting service industry in the U.S., South Korea, China, and Singapore and utilize such analysis in developing and implementing our company’s marketing plans including technology and digital platforms of marketing;
• - Keep abreast of industry knowledge and marketing trends of our clients’ different specialty areas and our company’s target audience and utilize such knowledge in developing and implementing our company’s marketing plans.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields and fluent in Korean
