Job Summary

Supporting the day?to?day operations of Cesna Group across the United States and executing expansion recruitment.?As a member of the multinational teams of executives and recruitment consultants, recruitment consultants are to provide services recognized for impressive in-house research competence, the speed and the flexibility of our response, as well as high success rates in digging qualified talents to serve large-scale international enterprises.??

Job Description

  • - Stay abreast of recruit data/report and industry trends; direct and oversee development of innovative and most effective sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract high quality talent for the clients;
  • - Review, approve, and oversee implementation of recruitment methods developed by (junior) HR recruiting specialists for each client;
  • - Evaluate the effectiveness of newly implemented recruiting methods/strategies for each client; report the evaluation to the company’s management;
  • - Evaluate performance of the (junior) HR recruiting specialists, give feedback to them, and report the performance evaluation to the company’s management;
  • - Train newly hired HR recruiting specialist;
  • - Intervene, as necessary, to resolve recruiting challenges the (junior) HR recruiting specialists encounter throughout the recruiting process;
  • - Build and maintain lasting and successful relationships with key clients and a network of industry contacts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields with a minimum 24 months experience as HR recruiting specialist
