About Our Client

Job Summary

Job Description

• Key Responsibilities:
• - Document and send out weekly in-transit reports for local procurement products
• - Maintain good communication all related departments including Sales, Product management, Customer Service, Marketing regarding priority projects to meet tight deadlines
• - Generate transfer purchase orders for internal transfers
• - Resolve any issues related to warehouse or delivery orders
• - Develop and execute new improved procurement strategies across all channels of purchasing
• - Evaluate and enhance our operations in local spend while researching and prospecting developments in global spend
• - Delegate tasks and supervise the work of purchasing and procurement agents across all
• departments
• - Manage every aspect of the supply chain and notify the senior management team of any
• possible obstacles to ideal efficiency
• - Determine the lowest cost for products/materials & Perform cost analysis and set appropriate
• benchmarks
• - Purchase supply of products/materials
• - Track and record orders
• - Receive orders and document arrivals
• - Coordinate deliveries with vendor and warehouse
• - Plan or implement material flow management systems to meet production requirements
• - Respond to shipping complaints, lost items, and damages
• - Keep information accessible by sorting, filing, and invoicing documents by SAP
• - Any other miscellaneous tasks assigned by manager

Qualifications

• -Bachelor’s degree in procurement, business, finance, or related field
• -0~2+ years of experience in procurement/purchasing and/or logistics
• -Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• -Experience using SAP preferred
• -Strong problem solving and communication skills required
• -Good conceptual and analytical competences, team player, goal-oriented, possessing a desire to work for a fast-paced, results-based company
• - Can help implementing standard operating procedure (SOP)
• - Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• - Fluency in English and Korean (Preferred)
