Job Summary
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including but not limited to talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and training and development. The HR Manager will collaborate with department managers and company executives to ensure that HR strategies align with business objectives and promote a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in HR management roles
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies, practices, and procedures
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
