About Our Client

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead and drive our customer service department's success. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective customer service procedures, loyalty programs, and customer satisfaction goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer service, experience in dispatch, and repair service, and excellent communication skills with delivery companies. As an exceptional communicator (both written and verbal), you will also demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Supervising day-to-day operations in the customer service department.
  • Responding to customer service issues in a timely manner.
  • Developing customer satisfaction goals and coordinating with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documenting all customer service activities and discussions.
  • Any other duties discussed with and assigned by the Company’s management.
  • As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of the customer service department, including hiring and training new customer service agents. You will develop and maintain customer loyalty programs and stay current on the latest industry trends and techniques. Your responsibilities will also include interacting with customers, handling customer queries and complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. You will create weekly and monthly reports and surveys, maintain relationships with profitable customers, and set customer service goals for team members, helping them reach those goals.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a customer service position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software is required, along with outstanding written and verbal communication skills. You must have a good understanding of management practices and techniques, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Bilingual Korean is a plus but not required.
