Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead and drive our customer service department's success. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective customer service procedures, loyalty programs, and customer satisfaction goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer service, experience in dispatch, and repair service, and excellent communication skills with delivery companies. As an exceptional communicator (both written and verbal), you will also demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a customer service position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software is required, along with outstanding written and verbal communication skills. You must have a good understanding of management practices and techniques, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Bilingual Korean is a plus but not required.
