Job Summary
Example: The Accounting staff develops and implements systems for gathering and reporting certain types of financial information; performs daily accounts payable and accounts receivable activities for Company, ensures timely payments/receipts of vendor invoices and expense vouchers, and maintains accurate records and control reports.
Job Description
- Manage Daily Accounts Receivable/Payable
- ? Prepare Daily Transaction Reports for Controller
- ? Perform Daily/Monthly bank transaction settlements
- ? Perform credit card reconciliation & prepare reports
- ? Organize & update the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable,
- accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes
- ? Help with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls

- ? Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements
- ? Prepare financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
- ? Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end
- ? Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- - Bilingual in English and Korean
- - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance required or 2 years of relevant experience.
- - Thorough knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all level of an organization
- - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with other financial systems.
