Job Description

• ?Create seasonings for projects according to specified requirements
• ?Manage the kitchen and seasonings laboratory for developments related to Korean customers
• ?Run pilot scale lab equipment for production of prototypes
• ?Participate in presentations and project work for customers
• ?Pro-actively monitor flavour and seasoning performance and stability in food products
• ?Provide technical support to our customers
• ?Manage computerised flavour/seasoning data and recipe documentation for food products
• ?Document and report results
• ?Participate in running flavour application/seasoning creation training courses
• ?Provide support and exchange information with other MANE colleagues
• ?Evaluate and apply collection flavours for sweet applications: gums, candies and chocolate.
• ?Maintain the recipes and ingredients database

Qualifications

• ?College/University Degree or equivalent, with major in Food Engineering, Food Science, Food Technology, Food Chemistry or Bio-Chemistry
• ?Minimum 5 years' experience in seasoning creation, familiar with snack food product development and solid experience in flavour application.
• ?Good written and verbal command of English
• ?Demonstrate solid sensory skills
• ?Team player who can work well with customers
• ?Strong communication & organization ability
• ?Team spirit, Innovative, autonomous and dynamic
