Job Summary
Job Description
- ? Negotiate and execute Inbound Licensing deals
- ? Utilize existing key contacts and build meaningful relationships with new partners
- ? Secure best in class licensors and negotiate best in class terms for deals
- ? Negotiate new, and renewal, contracts with support of the Global Licensing Team
- ? Manage the new brand pitch process by collaborating with internal departments
- ? Work with assigned legal team member to finalize contracts in timely manner
- ? Present and introduce newly signed brands to the respective internal departments
- ? Represent the Company at licensor summits, trade shows, conventions, etc
- ? Assist the team with trend research and identifying new opportunities
- ? Provide support to the Global Licensing team as needed
Qualifications
- Education/ Years Of Experience
- ? Bachelor’s degree in CPG-relevant field required
- ? 5+ Licensing negotiation experience required
- ? Previous experience in licensing negotiation with big IP holders such as Disney, Universal, etc, preferred
- ? 2+ years of leadership experience preferred
