Job Description
- - Planning & revision of supply and demand management plan for fixture & expendable
- - Purchase of fixture & expendable on each department's demand
- * Planning & organizing company event and VIP protocol operation
- - Company asset due diligence & result reporting
- - Complete all formalities and documentation requirement for expatriate settlement
- (eg: work permit, visa application etc. for all Foreigners. Identify and recommend accommodation,
- finalize lease agreement,and provide other relocation support.)
- - Acquisition and disposition of company vehicles
- - Vendor management (Signing and managing local general affairs contracts)
- . Coordinate for management of company owned real estate(Mansion in Broadmoors)"
Qualifications
- - Bachelor's Degree
- - Experience in an industrial environment
