- Main tasks of the Strategic Resource and Logistics Operations are full process planning, resource management, logistics operation, and warehouse management.
- This includes system management, process maintenance, data preparation, consumables management, and general affairs.
- The Strategic Resource and Logistics Planning Manager acts as an agent of the Strategic Resource and Logistics Operations Manager and oversees Strategic Resource and Logistics Operation’s business as a sub-manager.
Job Description
- ? Be aware of the overall work process and system usage related to Strategic Resource and Logistics Planning Operations.
- ? Involved in all the tasks of Strategic Resource and Logistics Planning Operations Staff.
- ? Set Strategic Resource and Logistics Planning Operations KPI goals and continuously manage Strategic Resource and Logistics Operations overall work progress to achieve KPI.
- ? Approves and manages the individual KPI goals of the staff.
- ? Document the Strategic Resource and Logistics Operations Manager's business instructions, share them with the department members, and follow-up the results.
- ? Attend major meetings related to Strategic Resource and Logistics Operations work.
- ? Responsible for Strategic Resource and Logistics Planning Operations manpower evaluation and recruitment. Manage manpower and conduct new recruitment if necessary.
- ? Analyze the cause of Strategic Resource and Logistics Planning Operations related issues and establish countermeasures.
- ? Contribute to the development of Strategic Resource and Logistics Operations Staff's capabilities.
- ? Contribute to the improvement of Strategic Resource and Logistics Operations organizational culture.
- ? Collaborate with the Korean headquarters, related departments, Hungarian corporations, and business travelers to create synergy.
- ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- ? Manager oversees the production plan (pole plate, assembly, module) related to StarPlus Energy’s Kokomo Plant.
- ? Manager oversees the shipment plan related to StarPlus Energy’s Kokomo Plant.
- ? Manager oversees the material management and logistics works related to StarPlus Energy’s Kokomo Plant.
- ? Manager oversees the preparation and reporting of major documents related to Strategic Resource and Logistics Operations business.
- ? Manages Strategic Resource and Logistics Operations business related systems (GSCM, MES, iWMS, oWMS, PLM, ODM etc.)
- ? Manages Strategic Resource and Logistics Operations business related processes (Standards, SOP etc.)
- ? If necessary, update and register in the standard regulation management system.
Qualifications
- ? Bachelor's degree
- ? 3-5 years of experience in automotive industry, supply chain or manufacturing operation
- ? Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word processing, Excel, Power point etc.)
- ? Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- ? Strong written and oral communication skill
- ? Strong interest in automotive industry and basic understanding of manufacturing process
- PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS
- ? Bilingual English / Korean
- ? Basic knowledge in Quality Management (ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016) is considered as advantage
