Job Description
- - Responsibilities
- · Involve in networking and deal sourcing in syndicated loan market.
- · Conduct due diligence of the credit materials and prepare the loan application for internal committee
- approval.
- · Research for industry and deal with the questions and requests from the credit officer with regard to
- the loan application.
- · Conduct the general loan execution related work in the course of the loan closing including loan
- documentation, signing, drawdown and report.
- · Conduct the agent work as a agent of the syndicated loan including notice of interest/payment/waiver
- and managing the lender's voting process.
- · Prepares documents for originating new loans, renewals and extensions of loan maturities for existing
- loans. Prepares offer letters, letters of intent, credit analysis requests, applications for loan to GM and
- H/O, loan summaries, letters of confirmation, and other related documents
- · Updates credit documents: Requests customers’ credit related documents such as financial statements
- · Maintains and files legal documents: Collects all necessary legal documents and files U.C.C. filing
- statements
- · Assists loan managers in maintaining a sound loan portfolio and managing problem loans
- · Prepares internal and monthly reports to H/O as required
- · Prepares renewals
- · Prepares action plans for problem loans and watch loans
Qualifications
- · Knowledge of lending practices and related regulations
- · Capability to review collateral appraisal reports for credits
- · Capability to establish and maintain communication and relationship with customers
- · Korean - English speaker preferred
