Job Description
- Employee time & attendance management
- Support all recruiting activities efforts from posting job ads, reviewing potential candidate resume, prescreen & scheduling interviews and act as main contact with staffing agency
- Conduct & coordinate new hire on-boarding process
- Maintain updated personnel files and assist in ad-hoc special assignments and reports based on business needs.
- Maintain and expand knowledge and understanding of existing and proposed federal and state laws/ regulations affecting human resources management
- Administer employee benefits on timely schedule (health insurance, retirement plan, etc).
- Identify trends that could impact organizational objectives and/or operational resources. Interpret appropriate laws and policies and advise management and employees accordingly.
- Assist and collecting information, investigation and resolving employee conflicts, incidents, and any other employee relations matters and report to warehouse manager and HR director
- Assist warehouse manager and HR director on related tasks upon request
Qualifications
- Junior ? mid level with hands on HR experience in Warehouse setting
- Exceptional organization & communication skills
- English & Spanish bilingual preferred
