Job Description
- ? Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space
- management, logistics, floor productivity, and shipping
- ? Manage warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment
- ? Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse operation
- ? Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance as needed
- ? Oversee and manage logistics, communicating with drivers to ensure efficient delivery
- ? Check quantity & quality of products when receiving and delivering
Qualifications
- ? Must be eligible to work in the United States
- ? Bilingual preferred (including English or Spanish)
- ? At Least 5 years of experience in Warehouse as a team lead
