Job Summary

Responsible for executing a comprehensive digital strategy that drives revenue and delivers on key brand objectives across new product launches, site promotions, DTC exclusive programs, and all other customer-related initiatives for brand.com for our US business operations. This role will oversee the Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Assistant Manager and will work closely with brand marketing, CRM, Customer Service and growth marketing teams along with other site peers to ensure consistency and growth through all digital channels to execute ecommerce growth plan and digital acceleration roadmap. Responsible for partnering internally with global digital teams, sales, demand planning, finance, strategy, creative, and external vendors for digital design, execution, site development and digital marketing. Responsible for overseeing promotion planning and execution, forecasting daily KPIs and sales performance, and leading the comprehensive digital experience strategy for innisfree.com. The role will work closely with the Senior Manager of Ecommerce and Digital optimizing existing business strategies and developing new channels and tactics to create a sustainable business in an omnichannel environment (Sephora, Amazon, etc.).

Job Description

  • - Manage planning and execution of monthly promotional, email, affiliate & SMS calendar to meet brand sales objectives.
  • - Partner closely and collaborate with creative team to produce relevant site assets, copy, emails, SMS and site experiences developing associated creative briefs and signs off on final product.
  • - Monitor daily sales, traffic, inventory sell-through, and promotion performance. Regular reporting on daily sales. Recommend sales boost plans if needed in order to meet monthly goals.
  • - Measure and report performance across owned digital channels in alignment with monthly business analyses.
  • - Implement SEO & onsite search optimizations partnering closely with relevant agency partners.
  • - Lead site merchandising strategy in partnership with Assistant Manager to ensure customer experience is consistent with industry best practices and optimized based on site performance data to improve brand designated KPIs
  • - Responsible for product and sample forecasting, S&OP alignment, new launch promotion planning, discontinuations and excess inventory depletion in collaboration with Demand/Planning team.
  • - Develop and manage on-site and digital sample program strategy in partnership with the Assoc. Director of Ecommerce
  • - Actively collaborate with brand marketing team to deliver strong ecommerce growth and best-in-class brand experiences with new seasonal launch products/collections assets, promotions and marketing programs.
  • - Partner closely with CRM counterpart to define and execute lifecycle marketing strategy and ongoing loyalty activations and promotions.
  • - Collaborate with other ecommerce managers to exchange best practices and leverage shared digital eco-system and digital innovation pilot programs.
  • - Stay up-to-date with competition, ecommerce and digital marketing technology and opportunities

Qualifications

  • - At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in ecommerce management, online retail or project management
  • - Understanding of the digital marketing & e-commerce business in North America
  • - Shopify or similar CMS experience required
  • - Ability to translate creative and content needs into technical requirements
  • - Thorough understanding of website metrics, data analysis, and reporting tools
  • - Email marketing platform experience required ? Klaviyo preferred
  • - Working knowledge of HTML / CSS
  • - Highly proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • - Excellent multitasking and project management skills
  • - BA in Business, Digital Marketing, Sales or equivalent required
  • - Korean fluency/proficiency a must (Korea HQ communications)
  • - Shopify on-line merchandising experience
  • - Able to work under pressure & tight schedule
  • - Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • - Adapts to changes & environment quickly and be a team player
