Job Description

  • ?Meet with customers and prospects to develop an understanding of their financial objectives and
  • needs, and recommend appropriate products and service solutions to meet their needs.
  • ?Educate customers about the value and benefits of suggested products and services.
  • ?Maintain strong product and sales knowledge and champion our core service values.
  • ?Provide sound advice at every customer interaction to create a positive customer experience and
  • ensure that the customer’s financial needs are met.
  • ?Meet or exceed your individual sales targets.
  • ?Provide top-notch customer service and exceed customer expectations, especially when dealing with
  • more complex transactions.
  • ?Solve problems independently.
  • ?Efficiently process a range of face-to-face customer transactions ? from basic (such as check cashing,
  • withdrawals, and deposits) to complex.
  • ?Balance cash drawers


  • ?At least one year of related customer service and cash handling experience
  • ?The ability to make personal connections, engage customers and behave courteously and
  • professionally at all times
  • ?The desire to work in a team environment and proactively collaborate with your colleagues to provide
  • an outstanding customer experience
  • ?Strong communication skills
  • ?The ability to learn products, services and procedures quickly and accurately, and understand how to
  • tailor product and service solutions to customers with differing needs
  • ?A commitment to meeting all Bank policy and regulatory requirements
  • ?A college degree or military equivalent strongly preferred; high school degree, GED or foreign
  • equivalent required
  • ?Ability and willingness to work branch hours
  • ?Fluency in Korean required
  • ?Fluency in Chinese a plus
