Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function and it includes but is not limited to:
  • - Host Quarterly Business reviews
  • - Host Semi-Annual meeting Market/Business updates
  • - Host POS review targeting specific new customer opportunities : i.e.: Automotive, key customers identification
  • - Business Development Meetings: Travel into the region for customer meetings, rep and distributor trainings.
  • - Host Key customer or reps meetings ( zoom) as needed for regular updates
  • - Work with Sales reps to identify customer targets and sales goals
  • - Work closely with Business unit leaders, outside sales team and the marketing team.
  • - Responsible to hire shape, train, motivate, and retain customer- focused, high-performing sales team.
  • - Manage target sales campaigns that effectively severed the needs our customers.
  • - Develop and manage business to business inside sales team 9 or more professionals including recruiting talented team members, refining inside sales processes, and establishing and applying sales metrics.
  • - A track record of sales planning and forecasting, understanding sales channels, and providing effective training for sales team members, clients, and partners is required.

Qualifications

  • Skills and Specifications:
  • - Strong tech background
  • - Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; MBA preferred
  • - 5+ years of experience in sales account management; proven track record of creating successful long-term strategic distribution partnerships
  • - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • - Strong computer and analytical skills; high-level excel skills required; CRM experience required
  • - Experience negotiating and executing contracts
  • - Strong interpersonal skills, with the intuitive ability to work effectively with various personality types
  • - Self-motivated, team oriented, innovative strategic thinker with a passion for driving results, and a strong sense of personal accountability
  • - Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively, and work as a team with various stakeholders
  • - Experience working for an international organization is preferred
