Supply Chain Project Management Analyst

Job Summary

This position oversees all Supply Chain PMO operations. Their duties include building detailed project plans, keeping projects on budget, tracking progress, and analyzing project data to identify areas of improvement.

Job Description

• Job Functions
• - Planning and implementing project management strategies, based on templates and toolsets
• - Ensuring project parameters meet company standards needs and expectations
• - Monitoring existing projects to ensure timely execution and completion
• - Gathering and analyzing project data to identify its weaknesses and resolve any time-related or budgetary snags
• - Liaising with project team members and providing suggestions or solutions to unforeseen issues when needed
• - Preparing project status reports for management review
• - Communicating with suppliers about the status and progress of each projects
• - Ensuring all project strategies are in compliance with company standards, as well as federal laws and regulations when applicable
• - SC related cost & data analysis
• - Managing suppliers
• - Prepare & execute biddings, contracts, and any other projects assigned
• - Analyzing all related to logistics data such as customer, vendor, geographical information, etc. and requesting update if needed
• - Preparing various logistics related reports periodically
• - Support PMO Manger on projects
• Performing other duties as assigned
• Skills and Abilities
• - Excellent knowledge of project management strategies, processes, and tools
• - Ability to analyze a range of complex data and make decisions based on analytical findings
• - Great computer skills and knowledge of PMO software tools, such as Scoro, ProofHub, and Basecamp
• - Strong program coordination and administration abilities with good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• - Solid communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
• - Ability to participate in a high-performance team-based environment that is fast-learning and adaptive
• - Ability to communicate effectively and participate in a continuous improvement culture, including utilizing problem-solving skills
• - Critical thinking, multi-tasking and troubleshooting skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• - Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
• - Ability to work extended hours beyond the normal work schedule during closings and audits, as needed

Qualifications

• - A bachelor's degree in project management, SCM or a similar field
• - A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a PMO analyst, Project Manager, or a similar role
• OR
• - Associate degree & 3 years of directly related experience
• - SAP experience preferred
• - Computer skills, advanced Microsoft Excel preferred
• - Experience in PM tools, Six Sigma Green belt or above, Kaizen, TQM, PMP
• - Korean Bilingual Required
