Job Summary

Our Client is now hiring Operations Manager ? Logistics, who may plan, monitor, and analyze daily and weekly operational tasks with customer care team and warehouse managers to minimize costs while maximizing output.

Job Description

  • - Plan, monitor, and analyze daily and weekly operational tasks with customer care team and warehouse managers to minimize costs while maximizing output
  • - Troubleshoot sensitive and key issues to uphold high customer satisfaction and operational levels
  • - Leads coordination and integration of cross-functional strategic growth initiatives that may include customer care, warehouse operations, sales, marketing, and IT teams
  • - Conduct high-level resource planning and forecasting management decisions
  • - Develop and maintain relationships with clients, strategic partners, and vendors as it aligns with strategic goals of organization
  • - Improve operational processes, policies, and performances by identifying opportunities to implement Lean Continuous Improvement strategies
  • - Work closely with team members to identify, measure, and analyze KPIs and key metrics for day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
  • - Develop and lead team members by example through promoting a culture of accountability and responsibility that rewards performance
  • - Oversee recruitment and new hire onboarding and continuous training for employees
  • - Reports directly to Senior Executives/CEO

Qualifications

  • - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management or related field
  • - 4+ years of experience of managing multiple operational functions and principles, including, finance, customer service, supply chain, operations, and human resources
  • - Masterful organizational, communication, and leadership skills, backed up by previous professional success
  • - Highly skilled in conflict management and business negotiation processes
  • - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • - Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • - Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics
  • - Strong ethical leadership abilities
  • - Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • - Strong people skills
  • - Proficient in Korean
