Job Summary

Job Description

• Key Responsibilities:
• - Process CO module closing to ensure timely and accurate financial results in compliance with
• IFRS, Sarbanes Oxley, and Samsung Corporate Compliance.
• - Participate in the preparation of budgets & forecasts
• - Maintain budget and reforecast information in the accounting system/excel and report to HQ
• - Prepare and analyze various month/quarterly/year end reports
• - Costing; Support costing system with headquarters during KST (workings hours will shift to
• support when needed, mainly at month end close) as well as local management, including but not limited to various reporting and month end close.
• - Inventory management; work with Logistics and Production teams to determine accurate
• accounting, improve inventory accuracy, support monthly inventory counts, provide various
• reports to upper management, and audit various aspects of inventory often.
• - Must have good team skills to work with various team members within finance, Headquarters, as well as within the current divisional departments.
• - Month End finance support for Journal Entries and adhering to closing schedules and strict
• deadlines.
• - Train, Manage, and Support cost analyst
• - Must be familiar with Balance Sheets & P&L Statements.
• - All other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

• -Bachelors in Accounting or Finance required
• -At least 3 - 5 years’ experience required
• -Excellent oral and written communication skills
• -Multi-tasking skills required due to various deadlines
• -Automotive accounting experience a plus
• -MS Excel
• -Knowledge and Expertise in SAP preferred but not required
• -Managerial or Supervisory Experience Preferred
• -Korean/English speaking
