Job Summary
- We are looking for a highly motivated Sr. Project Manager to manage projects for recovered energy generation in North America.
Job Description
- - Manage assigned projects and their milestones from initiation through project completion, turn over to the end user in the coordination of proposals & associated agreements in EPC, Operation & Maintenance, electricity sales, etc.
- - Communicate with project teams in successful execution of projects of complexity, acting as primary project advocate and point of communication. Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis
- - Effectively communicate to the client, project team and risk management including timely accurate internal and external reporting, executing effective efficient project meetings and ensuring communication between all project disciplines
- - Ensure appropriate resources are assigned to the project and manage resources through the completion and issue of client deliverables on time and on budget as dictated by project scope and schedule, and manage project budget and schedule via the change
- - Provide periodical reports, as instructed and required, to management and obtain management approval as required
Qualifications
- - Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or the equivalent combination of experience and education
- - Minimum 10 year direct project management experience in developing a small-scale power plant preferably in North America for heat recovery programs, such as Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC)
- - Knowledge of, and experience with: Project management, project controls, and construction management, power plant design, development, or commissioning
- - Ability to manage multiple remote resources and coordinate activities across multiple offices and business partners
- - Ability to adapt to fast-paced working environment and new businesses
