Job Summary

Job Description
- 1. Keep close contact with customers and internal departments of the company, be able to clearly understand the technical and quality requirements of current and future silicon wafers for semiconductors, and provide silicon wafer product solutions for given semiconductor applications;
- 2. Provide technical assistance related to silicon chip to customers, be able to give technical lectures related to silicon chip, and be responsible for promoting the certification of silicon chip in the client and solving problems;
- 3. Be able to carry out investigation and obtain relevant silicon chip characteristic factors that can lead to changes in the performance of semiconductor devices;
- 4. Support the quality and other internal functional departments to investigate the causes of product related problems and assist in implementing corresponding corrective measures;
- 5. Coordinate the failure analysis activities of silicon wafers and assist in the design and implementation of corresponding verification experiments.
Qualifications
- 1. Bachelor degree or above, science and engineering background, more than 8 years of FAE experience in silicon chip manufacturers (or IQC and PIE experience in relevant semiconductor manufacturers), and knowledge of relevant quality tools such as 8D/SPC/process change management;
- 2. Skillfully use Excel, PPT, data statistics and analysis software;
- 3. Excellent communication ability, able to communicate well with customers and internal departments, and adapt to a variety of cultural environments;
- 4. Have strong problem solving ability and anti pressure ability.
