Job Summary

• As a Marketing Manager, you will work for company to uphold and promote the brand image of our employer or clients. You work closely with sales departments to provide a sense of direction for company brand.
• Your job is to use your marketing and industry expertise to set budgets for campaigns, advertising, organize promotional events and tradeshow for products and encourage brand uniformity across marketing initiatives. You may also create logos, packaging designs and forms of content like blog posts and social media posts if needed.

Job Description

• - Create and deliver reports on brand sales & performance
• - Strategize and execute brand advertising and merchandising strategies to drive sales and improve brand awareness
• - Digital advertising and promotion
• - Team working skills
• - The ability to manage and allocate budgets
• - Written and verbal communication skills
• - Experience with and an understanding of market research
• - Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
• - An ability to think strategically and come up with campaigns
• - Passion for managing people, agencies and contractors; developing talent and building a resilient team culture

Qualifications

• - 7+ years of Marketing Adverting or Branding Experience
• - Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• - Solid experience in marketing in a B2B setting
• - Able to work independently as part of team
• - Ability to prioritize and multitask
• - Positive and professional demeanor
• - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• - Must be detail oriented
• - Dental industry experience is a plus, but not required
• - Korean Bilingual Highly Prefer
