Job Summary
Job Description
- A. Responsibilities:
- -Review, evaluate, and approve all HO, DP Property and Liability claims.
- -Responsible for overseeing the TPA (Third Party Administrator) to ensure complete and sound claim settlements
- -Responsible for the strategic development and governance of the claims handling .
- -For the appropriate and timely coverage/reserve reviews, claim investigations, analysis, damages assessments and disposition strategies with action plans to ensure fair and equitable resolutions.
- -Take on ad hoc assignments and distributes to team based on team driven need
Qualifications
- -Bachelor’s degree is required
- -Paralegal experiences are preferred
- -Ability to interact with management, work in a team or independently.
- -Excellent skill in dealing with MS office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- -Highly motivated, active and precise personality
- Bilingual in Korean and English including very good writing skills.
