Tasks Performed on the Job :
o Administer and manage the Branch’s information assets and IT-related tools & equipment
o Provide direct/indirect assistance in IT troubleshoot
o Perform backup procedures on a daily basis to ensure recovery of business operations during an emergency
o Coordinate IT-related education & training programs to promote performance and security
o Establish and maintain steady business relationship with IT service vendors
o Communicate with the Head Office upon necessity
Knowledge and Skills used on the Job :
o Knowledge and expertise in Information Technology and/or Information Security
o Experience with Windows Server, Unix, Virtual Machine, SQL, and/or RDBMS
o Experience in evaluating and implementing NIST, FFIEC, and/or ISO framework compliance
o Strong verbal and written communication skills
o Excellent interpersonal skills
o Bilingual in English and Korean is a plus
Education :
o A Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (e.g. Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering)
o Professional certification is a plus
